If you need to return your product, we can help.
Bring your purchase to any of our Dixieline Lumber locations to get your money back, exchange for another product, or a store credit. Bring your product along with a copy of you receipt, associated documentation, a valid ID, and the credit card used.
Dixieline accepts returns for most new, unopened merchandise returned within 90 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Special Cases.
Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account, or refunded via Dixieline store credit as determined by Dixieline. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (cash, credit card, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Special Cases. Returns for purchases made with a store credit or Dixieline Gift Card will be refunded as a store credit.
If an error was made by Dixieline, then original shipping charges will be fully refunded. Exceptions may apply (i.e., rush delivery). Items must be returned in full with all parts and accessories for a full refund.
Written copies of Dixieline's Return Policy will be provided upon request.
A valid driver’s license or government-issued photo identification is required for non-receipted returns and returns generated from purchases made with Store Credit. Dixieline uses a third-party refund verification system and is reliant upon this verification system for return approval.
The following items may only be returned within 30 days of purchase:
Due to safety hazards, items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned through the mail, even if the item has been drained of these materials. This would include (but is not limited to) items such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and any other items that use flammable liquids or gases. Please return products that use flammable liquids/gases or other hazardous materials to your local Dixieline store.
Perennials, trees, and shrubs have a 1-year guarantee. This policy does not apply to cut flowers or floral arrangements.
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete or needs replacement parts, contact Customer Support at 800-349-4354 within 30 days of delivery for resolution.

Dixieline return policies apply only to items purchased from Dixieline. Items purchased from a third-party or marketplace seller, but shipped by Dixieline, must be returned to the selling party in accordance with their return policies.
